Covid-19 Situation

Parts and components from Eckerle Technologies GmbH for special use in (air)-disinfection, disinfection- and blood analysis machines

UV-C light reliably removes viruses and bacteria, not only the disinfectants which are anyway sold out in the meantime.
Electronic control gears from Eckerle are specially developed for this type of application and offers long-lasting and reliable operation of the corresponding luminaires.

Given the current situation, where supply chains around the world are quickly interrupted by the unforeseen situation and can no longer work reliably, this has the advantage that the ballasts are developed and manufactured on site at our Malsch location. This also enables absolute flexibility for customer-specific requirements with regard to geometric and technical parameters.

Most important now during the Corona pandemic are the Eckerle electromagnetic pumps as components in medical technology, used in blood analyzers and fully automatic disinfection machines for clinics and hospitals.

These extremely reliable pumps are also often used in the field of sterilization and cleaning technology, due to their high pulsation rate, which additionally supports cleaning with solutions.

The electromagnetic pumps are manufactured in Switzerland by our sister company GOTEC. In order to meet the currently increased demand, the planned move of the Swiss production facility to a new production building was postponed for several months.

At all locations of our family business, the priorities are particularly in the care of our customers, the maintenance of business operations and the protection of our employees.

Precision work

Move it!

You may call it a question of precision...

In the Eckerle hydraulic department, sometimes it's just a question of being precise enough. In order to make space available for another broaching machine with a pulling force of 40 tons, our now 21-year-old first machine with a pulling force of 16 tons, was moved to its new production location through lofty heights.

Innovative through research

For many years, the SV Science Statistics has been conducting a survey on research and development in business on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

The participation and willingness of companies to respond ensures that the performance of the economy in this important area is made visible. As the surveys of recent years have shown, the German economy plays a decisive role. Companies spend two thirds of their research and development expenses.

Eckerle has always actively participated in these surveys in recent years and has also invested in research and development and can now bear the logo "Innovative through research".
