Quality and the Environment

In 2001 Eckerle Industrie-Elektronik GmbH began the certification process. In 2001, the Quality Management System was assessed in accordance with VDMA 6.1 through a Second Part Audit.

The Eckerle Hydraulic Division was thereupon granted certification in accordance with VDA 6.1 by the German Automobile Association (VDA).

In 2006, the entire company was successfully certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 by the DQS. Since then, the system has been further developed by all members of staff.

Since October 2009, Eckerle Industrie-Elektronik GmbH has been certified in accordance with the standard for quality management systems DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and the standard for environmental management systems DIN EN ISO 14001:2005.

The specifications and guidelines for the behaviour of each member of staff at Eckerle Industrie-Elektronik GmbH are determined in the Company Policy. The Company Policy includes both the Quality Policy and the Environmental Policy.
